City of Palm Coast, Florida

As work continues on the Belle Terre Parkway Safety Improvement Project, the City of Palm Coast will have lane closures near the intersection of Belle Terre Parkway at Royal Palms Parkway beginning next Monday, October 26 through Friday October 30, between the hours of 8am to 7:30pm.

Under the newly adopted ordinance, any proposal to sell, transfer, or place the Palm Coast Fire Department under a long-term lease with another government agency or private company would require both a supermajority vote of the City Council and approval from a majority of voters in a citywide referendum.

The City of Palm Coast will have temporary lane closures in place along Belle Terre Parkway South near Burroughs Drive for an infrastructure repair project beginning this coming Wednesday, October 28 through Thursday, October 29. This lane closure is scheduled to take place from 7am to 4pm daily during this timeframe, and the road will remain open when work is not underway.

The holiday season is right around the corner, and the City of Palm Coast invites community groups, local businesses, organizations, and festive float enthusiasts to join one of the city’s most beloved holiday traditions. Free registration is now open for the Annual Starlight Parade, taking place Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Central Park in Town Center.
